Assistant Kitchen Manager at The Cheese Board

The Cheese Board in South Reno on Wedge Parkway is looking to fill an Assistant Kitchen Manager position as soon as possible. The position will be from 12:30-8pm Wednesday-Saturday and 7:30am-5pm on Sundays. The Assistant Kitchen Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the kitchen while the Executive Chef is out of the restaurant. The Assistant Kitchen Manager will also be responsible for ordering, proper FIFO of product + label and dating prepared foods, making sure the kitchen/restaurant runs smooth during service and downtime, helping with menu building and preparation, catering, and monitoring kitchen staff. This is a FULL-TIME position.
