Senior Mining Engineer/ Manager - Mining Engineering

The Manager - Mining Engineering will be responsible for all aspects of improving mine development from exploration and technical reporting to operations and closure planning. The manager will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary professionals to manage engineering projects.  Additionally, the lead engineer will play a pivotal role in mentoring other engineers, project management, and conducting business development activities (e.g., identifying new opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and contributing to the long-term growth and sustainability of the organization). Domestic and International travel may be required for visits to client mine sites or for client and corporate meetings.The ideal candidate will lead our Reno mining program for mining companies and help manage a team of engineers and geologists, manage multiple projects and business development initiatives concurrently.
