- 12 + years of experience with deep functional knowledge of the capabilities, strengths and gaps in the areas of SAP Production Planning & Execution
- 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Quality Management
- Experience in at least two end to end full life cycle SAP implementation projects
- Demonstrated experience with industry best practices and implementing these into SAP business processes.
- Hands-on, project based experience preferably with at least one SAP ECC design and build implementation work for any of the versions
- Hands-on experience using SAP Activate Implementation Methodology
- Hands-on experience in gathering business requirements, business process analysis, Gap Analysis, and preparation of Proof of Concepts for delivering SAP solutions
- Excellent leadership, management, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills including the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
- Travel to Reno, Nevada ranging from 60-70% of project time on site
