For more information, please visit www.igt.com.OverviewPosition SummaryCoordinate all aspects of IGT show support required to successfully plan, order, deliver, set up, support and tear down gaming machines and related equipment and systems products as identified in conjunction with IGT Marketing and Product Management teams.Plan, coordinate and deliver support for showrooms worldwide. Includes delivery of machines and games as required by Marketing and Product Management.

Create and manage EGM and Hardware orders; Tradeshows, Showrooms, Customer Events, as well as pre-release machine requirements

Facilitate Event logistics related to gaming equipment, including creation of SAP orders, deliveries and notifications

Coordinate technical support resource requests, communication, and project plan

Facilitate Tradeshow/Event and Showroom layouts from a product perspective, supporting the Sales, Product and Content organizations

Ensure accurate firmware/software is delivered and provide system level support as required

Develop schedules and project plans from requirements to implementation across multiple departments.

Develop and document descriptions of assigned project deliverables.

Support the coordination of the activities of multi-disciplinary teams in the achievement of project objectives and outcomes.

Facilitate the flow of information among team members on assigned projects.

Coordinate and drive removal of barriers and roadblocks for assigned projects.

Participate in efforts for receipt of deliverables with vendors for assigned projects.

Develop, track and report on project progress, resource, staff, assets and schedules and project metrics.

Review the delivered results and the team’s performance, report and implement process changes as necessary.

Support hardware PRO activities as required

RequirementsMinimum Qualifications

Experience in managing cross departmental projects.

Knowledge of SAP

4+ years of project or team lead experience.

Knowledge of the gaming industry and in-depth knowledge of IGT products.

Must be familiar with engineering subject areas such as software, mechanical and electrical as well as project management techniques and methods.

Must have strong communication, written and oral skills.

Ability to travel and acquire a gaming card.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Frequent travel may be required, particularly in support of major trade shows.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred

PMP preferred but not essential

Knowledge of PROS software preferred

These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $55,177-$156,700. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
