We enable your best to power our future. The Nielsen Research Interviewer role is a part-time work-from-home position where you will make outbound calls (using a dialer) to consumers across the US to conduct the Nielsen Ratings survey. Your goal is to grab the attention of our consumers and get them to agree to participate in the survey. This position has strict guidelines with high productivity and quality requirements.This is a part-time work-from-home position. In order to work from home you must meet these requirements:Able to connect to High-Speed Internet in your primary residence with minimum speeds of 80MBAble to connect directly to a router/modem with an Ethernet cableYou must have a dedicated workspace to conduct phone calls where others cannot hear/see personally identifiable informationThis is a part-time outbound call center position where you can work from home. You must live in one of the following locations:State of Alabama State of ColoradoState of FloridaState of IllinoisState of MarylandState of MississippiState of North CarolinaState of NevadaState of TennesseeState of TexasState of VirginiaState of WisconsinSchedule Requirements:One weekend shift is required each week (Saturday or Sunday)4-5 shifts per week20-28 hours per week (PT)Type of shift: Multiple shifts (Primarily PM)Schedules: 4-6 Hours/Day (PT)Shift Schedule: Sundays - Thursdays: 6:00 pm - 11:00 pm (EST)Job Duties: Practice exceptional customer service and telephone techniquesFollow strict guidelines for obtaining consistent unbiased dataDeliver verbatim scripts for portions of a surveyMaintain participants engagement throughout a short or medium length survey with low to medium complexityMaintain patience and professionalism throughout surveysAbility to listen to and accurately capture respondent answers over the phonePersuade reluctant respondents to participate in surveys and diariesMaintain confidentiality of procedures, scripts and respondent informationMaintain center standards for performance and productivityQualifications: 18+ years of agePrior experience in a call center, sales, education, customer service, collections, or similar performance-based environmentComputer and typing skillsAble to navigate multiple systemsHigh School diploma/GED equivalency$15 - $15 an hourThe salary for a new employee to be offered this role is $15.00, which would be adjusted based on each employee's geographic location.
