The role involves:- Organize events outline
- Manage hospitality teams
- Manage food and beverage orders
- Work with clients booking events and pair them with the right events services
- Effectively and efficiently responding to customer queries and needs
- Acting as an ambassador for the company
- Maintaining presentation standards
- Billing and invoicing of services
- Following correct procedures regarding room setup and breakdown
- Complying with Health and Safety standards at all times
Qualifications
What we ask:- Teamwork

- No minimum education required
- Good command of English
- Experience in customer service
- 1-2 years of hospitality experience
- Knowledge of events and conference planning
