Description We are in search of a competent Customer Service Representative to join our team in Reno, Nevada. This role presents an opportunity to work in a fast-paced call center environment, where you will be tasked with answering inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate data entries. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Answer and manage inbound calls from customers, providing exceptional service Maintain and update customer records to ensure accuracy and efficiency Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to process and manage customer data Handle email correspondence with customers, responding to inquiries and providing necessary information Facilitate inbound and outbound calls as required, ensuring smooth communication with customers Process customer orders and schedule appointments as necessary Work collaboratively with the team to improve customer service processes and procedures Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action in case of discrepancies or issues Contribute to the overall customer service goals of the company by providing top-notch service at all times. Requirements Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role. Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls. Experience in a call center customer service environment is essential. Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy. Proficient in email correspondence and able to communicate effectively via email. Skilled in order entry and able to process orders efficiently and accurately. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Ability to schedule appointments in a timely and organized manner. Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
