Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Minden, Nevada. This role is in the Financial Services industry, where the selected candidate will be heavily involved in data management and customer service tasks. The role will be based on-site.Responsibilities: Accurately process customer credit applications. Maintain detailed customer credit records. Communicate with clients via email, ensuring all correspondence is accurately recorded and confirmed. Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service at all times. Use Microsoft Suite for data entry tasks and report generation. Coordinate and schedule appointments as needed. Ensure corporate transparency act filings are completed and filed correctly. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary. Use Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook for various administrative tasks.Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word. Ability to effectively manage inbound and outbound calls. Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries. Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records. Proficient in email correspondence and able to respond in a timely manner. Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team. Proven ability to adapt to new technologies and software. High level of professionalism and strong work ethic.
