SUMMARY
Directs financial planning, financial record keeping, financial reporting and cash management for a small to mid-size company. Must be proficient in QuickBooks online.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparing all monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Creating annual departmental budgets
Analysis of every P & L line item to determine ways to reduce cost.
Monitoring job completion to ensure that invoices are sent out in a timely manner.
Reviewing job estimates to ensure accuracy and maximum yield
Analyzing and improving cash flow
Overseeing payment of all company expenses
Ensure that efficient and effective controls are in place to prevent and/or detect errors, omissions and irregularities.
