Cycle Count Clerk

Position SummaryThis is a non-supervisory role that is responsible for performing clerical duties.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to filling, sorting mail, answering phones and greeting visitors, assisting our MB Logistics Administrator and Materials Manager.Shift: Monday - Thursday 5:00 AM - 4:00 PMOrganizational RelationshipThis position reports directly to the Materials ManagerResponsibilitiesAnswer the front gate and door. Call drivers and team members on intercom. Answer customer and vendor calls.Assists MB Logistics Administrator with order inquiries, order entry, cycle counts and material transfersBack up support for line replenishment and Hot ListSupport Shipping office with FedEx shipments and pick sheet sortingAssist Materials Manager with special projects (parts setup and inventory reviews)AS400 - Find parts and locations for drivers and team membersPrint pallet labels for Receiving team                                                                     Perform other duties that may be assigned by managerConsistently demonstrate the 5 Traits of Success: Teamwork, Integrity, Hard Work, Confidence, and Passion.Characteristics & AttributesSoftware knowledge: Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)Ability to handle multiple tasks and function in a team-oriented, fast-paced, matrix environment.Strong communication skills – listening, verbal, and writtenAbility to work effectively across all levels of the organization.Physical RequirementsMust be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.Walks, sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves continually during working hours. SHIFTS:1st shift hours: Monday - Thursday 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM, You will normally work this shift, however may need to work on Fridays based on company needs.BENEFITSInsurance coverage including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, wellness programs, 401K all effective day 1 of employment, plus generous PTO and holidaysAssociate appreciation/recognition programsScholarship program for children of employeesOther benefits offered are dependent upon plant location, please check with HR for details
