Present menus to guests and uses suggestive selling techniques to sell appetizers, soups, salads, entrees, specialty items, desserts, and wine.

Maintain knowledge of all restaurant menu options and answers guests’ questions about the menu.

Take food and beverage orders and ensures accurate entry and delivery of the order.

Meet all service standards, such as performing a satisfaction check within two minutes of the guest receiving food orders and within four minutes of a guest receiving a cocktail order.

Ensure that all food is served within health, safety and sanitation guidelines.

Total guest bills, presents them to guests in a timely manner and obtains full payment along with appropriate paperwork, such as signed credit card slips, comps, etc.

Ensure tables are always well maintained.

Maintain tables in the assigned station as needed and according to restaurant.

Attends training classes required by management.

Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, as they apply to the position

Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:Qualifications

Previous experience in a high-volume or fine dining restaurant preferred

Basic knowledge of wine and liquor and wine service techniques

Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm in a very high-paced

Must be at least 21 years of age

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal

Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company

Verify right to work in the United States
