We're looking for a creative, self-driven Short-Form Video Content Creator & Editor to help us level up our social media presence at our stores and grow sales. You'll create fun, engaging videos that showcase our stores, people, and culture all while learning what it takes to grow a real brand.
What You’ll Do
Film and edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
Create videos around:
-Daily specials
-Behind-the-scenes clips
-Employee spotlights
-Customer shoutouts
-Store events or promotions
Edit content using CapCut, Canva, or similar tools
Post content and assist in scheduling and analytics tracking
Suggest content ideas based on trends, seasons, or community buzz
Capture the voice and vibe of our Subway stores, i.e. fun, local, and people-driven
What We’re Looking For
Someone who lives and breathes social media and who knows what performs well on Reels and TikTok
Basic to intermediate video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Canva, Premiere Rush, etc.)
Reliable, self-motivated, and open to feedback
Creative thinker; someone who can turn a simple moment into a great 15-second video
Strong communicator who can work independently and hit deadlines
Someone who has reliable transportation between stores
