Commercial Landscape Maintenance Company looking for Maintenance Crew leaders and Landscape Maintenance technicians to join our growing team.
Basic job duties depending on experience and position:
o Will work in crews of approx. 3-4 consisting of Crew leader and Crew technicians
o Use small power equipment to clean landscape areas, prune shrubs and mow lawns
o Eliminate weeds, clean up debris, apply fertilizers
o Plant removal and planting, Tree planting and irrigation repair and installation
o perform cleanup of jobsite and contribute to a safe working environment
o Company provides all safety gear, hand and power equipment tools required to perform assigned tasks
o Full time, weekly pay
Looking for team members that demonstrate:
o Ability to successfully follow directions and complete tasks
o Have a strong work ethic
o Good communication skills
o Work with other team members to ensure quality work and safe work environment
o Previous experience is preferred but willing to train applicants with motivation to learn this profession.
o Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
o Driver license a plus and compensation offered for ability to drive vehicles.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications
