Licensed B Contractor Needed as Partner

I need a Licensed B Contractor to partner with me for remodeling work in Las Vegas, NV. I am from California and I am working on getting my Nevada license. I need someone to partner with me to hold the company license and supervise the trade work. The company does interior remodeling work consisting mostly of drywall, paint, flooring, cabinetry, tile and countertops. The biggest job might be $25,000, with most being below $10,000.
