Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in HVAC/R systems, with the ability to perform equipment repair and maintenance tasks efficiently. This role requires mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in refrigeration systems. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.
Duties
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling equipment.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
Perform equipment repair tasks, including refrigerate systems and mechanical components.
Collaborate with team members to design and build efficient HVAC solutions tailored to client needs.
Assist in property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems, plumbing, and other mechanical systems.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements
Minimum 3 year of experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
Moderate to Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair.
Familiarity with refrigeration systems is a plus.
Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams related to HVAC/R.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
