Local Development/Construction company around since 1982 is looking for grade checker.
Responsibilities include:
Ability to read and interpret plans
Trimble GPS / Rover, including siteworks and Trimble Office
Set up / Tie down new sites, install GPS models on Cat equipment
Create topos / As builts of installed work
Layout of pads, Hinge / Toe staking
Knowledge of CAD / Modeling a bonus
Monitoring excavation operations to ensure that they are consistent with the grade specifications
Conducting regular maintenance checks on surveying equipment to ensure its accuracy and reliability
Adhering to safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment
