Floater Laborer – Landscape Maintenance & Construction Support
Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM | Starting at $17.50/hour + DOE

We’re currently seeking a motivated, bilingual Floater Laborer to support both our maintenance and construction departments.
Position Summary:
This hybrid role offers the opportunity to gain experience in both landscape maintenance and construction. The ideal candidate will be a dependable, hard-working team player looking for a long-term role with room for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Assist both Maintenance and Construction teams with day-to-day tasks
- Perform landscape clean-up, demolition, digging, planting, irrigation support, and basic repairs
- Support with equipment handling, loading/unloading materials, and site prep
- Follow directions from Crew Leaders and Supervisors and work effectively as part of a team
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Valid Nevada driver’s license
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Ability to lift 50–80 lbs and perform physical labor
- Positive attitude and growth mindset
Schedule & Compensation:
- Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Starting at $17.50/hour, compensation based on experience
- Overtime available
