Experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader Wanted
Compensation: $18.00–$21.00/hr (Depending on Experience) + Overtime + Full Benefits
Schedule: Full-Time | Weekends Required | 6:30 AM Start Time
Yard Location: Las Vegas Blvd & Pebble (Southwest Valley)

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to join our field crew. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hands-on landscape maintenance experience and a valid driver’s license. You will play a vital role in maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance: mowing, edging, blowing, trimming, and clean-up
Troubleshoot and repair irrigation systems (including timer adjustments)
Conduct site inspections and report landscape or irrigation concerns
Operate landscape tools and equipment safely and effectively
Assist with seasonal planting, fertilizing, and weed control
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years landscape maintenance experience (required)
Valid Nevada Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required)
Experience with irrigation repairs and basic system troubleshooting
Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
