Job Title: Door Shop Manager

Our commitment to quality over quantity sets us apart, and we are excited to announce that we are hiring for two key positions: a Door Shop Manager and a Project Manager (please see our separate job posting for the Project Manager role).
Position Summary: As the Door Shop Manager, you will play a vital role in our operations, overseeing the preparation of high-end solid core doors, managing shop carpenter(s), and coordinating deliveries to custom homes and commercial job sites. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of skilled carpenters to ensure high-quality craftsmanship and efficient workflow.
Prepare solid core interior doors and door frames for custom hardware and installation.
Follow detailed door and hardware schedules to ensure timely project completion.
Pack door and hardware orders for delivery with utmost care.
Conduct deliveries to our valued clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
Assist with onsite measurements to guarantee a perfect fit for our customers.
Ideal Candidate: We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a background in doors and hardware. While installation experience is not required, it is a plus. Our ideal candidate will embody a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits package available including Medical and PTO after time duration.
Part-time opportunities may be considered.
