Construction Foreman Wanted for Commercial and Residential Projects. MUST be Highly Experienced at Scheduling and Managing Sub-Contractors. Must be able to read architectural plans and complete time sensitive tasks as directed.
Emergency Structure Board Up experience required.
Must be able to speak and read English, Bilingual a Plus.
Must posses a valid Drivers License, and be able to pass a background check.
Must posses an OSHA 10 card, or higher.
Xactimate estimating software knowledge a plus.
