Meineke Car Care Center on Blue Diamond Rd has an immediate opening for a service writer.
This Meineke is independently owned and not part of the large group of Meineke's in Las Vegas.
Must be a team player with minimum 2 years verifiable experience. This position requires excellent customer service and sales skills combined with excellent written and verbal communication. Experience at an independent or franchise shop a plus. You must have a good understanding of what parts are necessary to complete a repair.
Job description;
Answer phones and greet customers.
Evaluate customer concerns and prepare work order.
Explain necessary repairs to customers.
Select parts, prepare written estimate and present estimate to customer.
Order parts and communicate with technician to ensure timely repairs.
Cash out customers and present final invoice.
Participate in training as required.
Follow processes and procedures.
Position is full time, 5 days per week.
