Auto Body Shop is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative. This person is integral to the daily business operation and would provide exceptional customer service to all clients on the phone, in person and throughout the entire repair process.
Key areas of responsibility are answering calls, greeting customers, scheduling estimates, returning calls, updating company databases, assisting estimator with follow-up on parts orders, some insurance communications, parts and core returns, completing paperwork and tracking flow of payments.
Qualified candidate should have customer service experience and the ability to learn the auto body repair business; or even better, possess auto body customer service experience. Candidates must have the ability to work independently, solve problems, multi-task and have both strong organizational skills and a solid Customer Service ability.
Position is full-time Monday through Friday.
