Apartment Maintenance Tech

Looking for an experienced maintenance technician whose primary responsibility will be the make vacant apartments ready for rent. Their additional responsibility will be to do work orders for occupied apartments. This is a full-time position with a set 40 hours per week schedule and fixed days off.
