Battle Born Access Systems is seeking an experienced and organized Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a professional-level position ideal for someone with a background in construction or HOA property management who is ready to take ownership of client relationships and ensure top-tier service delivery across multiple properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, including HOA boards and property managers
Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair work related to gate automation, ironwork, ground loops, cameras, and streetlights
Manage service schedules and ensure timely completion of all work orders
Collaborate with technicians and internal departments to resolve issues and provide effective solutions
Conduct on-site visits to assess project needs and confirm quality of completed work
Prepare proposals, estimates, and project documentation as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry or HOA/property management
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize workload effectively
Basic technical understanding of gate systems, electrical components, and security equipment is preferred
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
