Position: Solar Sales Consultant
Location: Las Vegas, NV (On-Site)

Compensation: $30,000 – $150,000+ per year (Uncapped Commission)

No prior solar experience is required—we provide training and support to help you hit the ground running. What You’ll Be Doing:
Generate leads through outbound calls, referrals, and networking to identify prospective solar customers
Conduct consultations with potential customers, educating them about solar solutions and how they can benefit from switching to clean energy
Customize proposals and close deals to meet the needs of individual homeowners, ensuring they understand the financial and environmental benefits of solar
Follow up on leads and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and territory management
Track and manage customer interactions using CRM software (Salesforce or similar) to stay organized and on top of your pipeline

Strong communication skills – you can clearly explain technical concepts and products in an easy-to-understand way
Goal-driven and self-motivated – you thrive on hitting and exceeding targets

Prior sales experience is preferred, but not required
Solar industry knowledge is a plus, but we’ll train the right candidate
