JOB SUMMERY:
The Medical Lab Sales Rep is responsible for getting new growth by selling lab testing services to:
Healthcare Providers, Family Practices, Nursing Homes, OB/GYN, Gastral Intestinal, Wound Care Clinics and other relevant organizations that do lab testing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales and prospect, create a relationships with potential doctors and staff members
- Molecular/PCR testing services.
- Sell BioDx lab testing services such as (UTI's, Gastral Intestinal, Wound Care, Fingernail Fungi and Respiratory).
REQUIREMENTS:
Achieve and exceed quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
Conduct clients need assessments to provide tailored testing solutions.
Responses and resolving issues efficiently.
Stay updated on Molecular testing methodologies, industry regulations, and emerging trends in PCR testing.
Educate clients on the importance of accurate and reliable PCR testing for patient care and compliance.
EXPERIENCE:
- At least 1 year of a proven track record in medical sales, preferably in lab testing, molecular/toxicology and/or the healthcare lab arena.
- Familiarity with laboratory testing processes, doctors results for patients, and laboratory operations.
SKILLS:
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
