Puppy Heaven is excited to announce an opening for a passionate and experienced Puppy Salesman to join our team! We are looking for a dedicated individual who shares our love for puppies and has a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them in selecting the perfect puppy.
- Provide detailed information about the breeds, care requirements, and Puppy Heaven's policies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Achieve sales targets while upholding the highest standard of customer service.
- Handle puppy inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
- Collaborate with the Puppy Heaven team to create a welcoming and friendly environment.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience (experience in pet sales is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about dogs and knowledgeable about different breeds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- A customer-oriented approach with excellent negotiation skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is advantageous.
