We are hiring experienced sales representatives for the upcoming SuperZoo Trade Show at Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, August 13–15, 2025.
This is a full sales role, not just collecting business cards or leads. Your main responsibility is to walk the show floor, engage with key buyers and decision-makers, and build meaningful relationships to sell our logistics and fulfillment services.
What you’ll do:
Approach main booth operators and retail/pet industry buyers to introduce our services
Understand that many attendees are focused on selling their own products and may not have decision-making authority on logistics — you will gather contacts and identify who the key decision-makers are
Offer a limited-time promotion and materials provided by us to help spark interest and close deals faster
Build strong relationships, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs
Follow up after the show through emails, calls, and Zoom meetings to continue nurturing leads and close deals
Occasionally, you may have opportunities to deepen relationships with prospects outside of show hours (e.g., informal meetings or client hospitality), which will be supported by the company
Work Hours Requirement:
You must be present and actively working from the trade show opening to closing each day (all 3 days: August 13–15). No exceptions. This role requires full commitment during event hours to maximize sales opportunities and follow-ups.
Key points:
Bonuses are only paid after deals close — not just for collecting leads
This role requires persistence, excellent communication, and strong relationship-building skills
You will receive training and sales materials from our sales director to support your efforts
Multiple shows & ongoing work:
This is not a one-time gig. Immediately following SuperZoo, there is a fashion apparel trade show in Las Vegas where we will also need sales reps. Successful reps will have the opportunity to work multiple shows and build a lasting partnership with us.
Who we want:
Proven sales experience, ideally in B2B or trade show environments
Self-motivated, confident, and skilled at managing warm, cold, and hot leads
Able to work the full 3 days of the event and commit to consistent follow-up afterward
Comfortable navigating a busy trade show floor and engaging with diverse buyers
Strong relationship-builder and problem-solver
Compensation:
$150 guaranteed per day
Up to $400 bonus per client closed (paid after deal closes) — unlimited bonuses!
