B2B Inside Telemarketing Professional
We are a 47-Year-Old US manufacturer of Indoor Air-Quality Equipment seeking a highly motivated, results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our seasoned Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for pursuing business to business (B2B) sales activities throughout the United States. These activities include outbound sales calls and e-mails to generate and close sales opportunities. The candidate needs to be a talented and competitive person who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. This sales rep will play a fundamental role in driving and achieving our ambitious revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls daily, working within a virtual sales department, qualifying prospects and closing sales. Key Responsibilities and requirements:
· Prefer Bachlors degree in business management and marketing/sales
· 5 years or more of proven experience in B2B sales
· Strong communication skills , both verbally and written, customer centric approach
· Proficiency in office software , including Microsoft office suite ( Outlook, Excel and word)
· Ability to work independently and works will with others collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
· Strong Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
· Bilingual a plus
· Mechanically inclined helpful to convey operational aspects of product line
· Conduct sales calls, emails, and virtual meetings to prospect and acquire new B2B customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential B2B customers to promote customer retention and loyalty.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and revenue streams.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Positive attitude, proactive problem-solving skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
Communicative – you write well, speak clearly, have strong listening skills, are not afraid to be in front of a group of people.

Job Details:
· Full-time position – M-F – 8:00am to 4:30pm PST
· $40,000 to $105,000 a year (Base & Structured Commission)
