Job Title: Online Secretary (Remote)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Online Secretary to join our team. This is a remote position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage daily administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage emails, phone calls, and online inquiries
Schedule and coordinate meetings or appointments
Maintain and organize digital files and records
Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets, and reports
Provide general administrative support to management
Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with basic computer applications (email, MS Office, Google Workspace)
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Previous administrative or secretary experience preferred but not required
