We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Returns Authorization Processor to join our team. As a Returns Authorization Processor, you will be responsible for accurately processing, and testing, customer returns to ensure suitability for resale.
We are looking for a person who is detailed oriented, forward thinking, and proficient at task management. This is a critical role in our warehouse operations, and we are looking for someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
```Responsibilities```
- Receive and review customer returns for accuracy and completeness
- Process returns using our inventory management system
- Test products to verify defects and resale readiness.
- Repack products for resale.
- Utilize materials handling equipment such as cherry pickers, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to move items
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient return processing.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
```Qualifications```
- Working knowledge of consumer electronics such as loudspeakers, subwoofers, and Bluetooth speakers.
- Previous experience with returns processing and packing.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
