Nellis Alterations is looking for a part time shop clerk or shop assistant to handle intake of customer garments, checkout of customer orders, answering phones, and handling basic day-to-day operations of the shop.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Ring up customer orders using Front Register.
Keep the shop clean and tidy.
Build rapport with customers and provide excellent customer service.
Answer and return customer phone calls.
Perform other related duties, as assigned.
Skills & Abilities
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to answer the phone.
Ability to maintain good customer relations.
Ability to learn point of sale ordering system.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
