This position will provide leasing support to apartment communities located in
the Las Vegas Area.
Responsibilities include:
Schedule and tour clients at various apartment communities
Conduct area market surveys
Manage and oversee the daily functions of the rental center which include
callbacks/follow-ups, greet walk-ins, tours, vacancies
Submit weekly traffic flow reports
Maintain daily community traffic logs
Creating ads to advertise vacancies at various apartment communities
The ideal candidate will have the following Experience and Qualifications:
Assistant Manager with Rent Collections, Invoice Processing, Required Reports and/or Notices
Handling of Legal Documents including Eviction handling
Extensive knowledge of the Las Vegas area
Multi-tasking
Proactive
Property Management, Real Estate, or Leasing experience
RealPage, Entrata software a plus
Successful closing and rental experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Support Manager
Computer proficiency
Eagerness to learn

Candidate must have reliable transportation, insurance, and registration, and be able to pass a background check.
