Aspire at Tropicana Apartments are looking for an experienced Leasing Agent preferably with Onesite knowledge. YieldStar knowledge is a great plus! $16.00 an hour plus excellent performance bonus opportunities. Move in bonuses paid on a sliding scale monthly. Example 10 move ins = $1000.00 bonus. Attendance bonus paid quarterly = $150.00. Referral bonuses and rental of detached garage bonuses also available. Working weekends will be required.

Leasing Agent responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Show and lease apartments
Administrative duties
Proper execution of policies and procedures
Achieve resident satisfaction through communication, responsiveness to needs, and professionalism.
Ideal candidates have:
Some experience in property management and/or abundant sales experience
Strong communication/computer skills
Exceptional organization skills
Ability to multi task
Excellent customer service skills
Professional Appearance
Ability to work well with managers and other personnel
