I am searching for a skilled handyman to assist with various tasks around my property. The hourly rate for this position is $20-$30, depending on your experience and qualifications.
The job responsibilities include:
Maintenance:
HVAC Repair
Painting (interior and exterior)
Lawn care (mowing, trimming, planting, and tree removal)
Cleaning (gutters, roof inspection, and shared space cleaning and remodeling)
Appliance repair (simple repairs)
Repair:
Furniture assembly and repair
Plumbing system repair and maintenance
Electrical system repair and maintenance
Flooring installation, replacement, and repair
Drywall repair
Installation:
Doors and shelves
Artwork
Other Tasks:
Wallpaper application
Carpet cleaning
Leaf blowing
Chain sawing
The ideal candidate must have experience with HVAC Repair and Installation hand and power tools, including industrial vacuum cleaners, carpet cleaners, and leaf blowers. Skills in carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, painting, and basic troubleshooting are also required.
