Apartment Manager Position Available – Live-In Couple Welcome!
We are seeking a dedicated live-in couple to manage our apartment complex. This role is ideal for a husband who is skilled in maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, flooring, and general repairs. The wife can assist part-time.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Oversight: Perform plumbing, electrical, and flooring repairs as needed.
Property Management: Oversee daily operations of the apartment complex.
Tenant Relations: Address tenant inquiries and ensure a positive living environment.
Supervision of Common Areas: Maintain cleanliness and functionality of shared spaces.
Assistance with Leasing: Help with tenant screenings and lease renewals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in maintenance and property management.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively as a couple.
