Mobile Truck Repair shop in need of an Office Manager . Monday thru Friday. 8am - 5pm or 7am to 4pm. Duties include but not limited to:
-Customer Service inquires via Yelp, telephone or email
-Scheduling customer appointments for service
-Ordering Parts and tracking
-Invoicing and Estimate preparation
-Manage Fleet accounts
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge of Excel, Word and Google Docs
Quickbooks experience a plus.
Located close to Silverton Casino.
Previous experience is preferred.
