Design Works Custom Painting, Inc. & Affiliated Nonprofit Organization is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and bilingual individual to join our team in a full-time Receptionist/Personal Assistant role. This unique position supports both our professional painting company and our nonprofit initiatives, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of office/administrative experience
Familiarity with the construction industry
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Typing speed of 50+ WPM
Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
Primary Responsibilities for the Painting Company:
Provide general administrative support (answering phones, filing, data entry, etc.)
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Communicate professionally with clients and field crews
Maintain organized office systems and records & Draft Proposals
For the Nonprofit Organization:
Assist in maintaining donor and volunteer databases, coordinating fundraising events and community outreach efforts
Manage RSVPs, prepare event materials, and help coordinate volunteers, support email newsletter and social media
Draft and send thank-you letters to donors and sponsors
Help maintain website content and community bulletin boards
