Fact pace Real Estate firm is now seeking a Receptionist/Admin Assistant to work directly for the Broker's team, as well as assist with the office's day-to-day operations. This position has enormous potential to grow with no cap on income for the right person. Must be able to perform most if not all the duties below in order to be considered. Current Real Estate License Preferred. We're looking for a member of our team, not just an employee.
Duties Include:
-Transaction Coordinating
-Opening/Closing office
-Light cleaning when needed
-Supply inventory; running errands, shopping
-Answering calls and texts; forwarding calls and messages
-Processing new clients, agents, mail, closing packages and any monies received on behalf of broker
-Greeting guests and providing refreshments as needed
-Scheduling appointments for various department managers
-Managing social media pages and websites; posting on all social media daily
-Input and manage all Broker team listings & transactions
-Manage and audit all transaction files for Broker final audit
-Manage, file and route emails
-Coordinate events and keep various vendors on task
-Email/write/submit offers for Broker’s team; manage confidential contracts and documents for the entire office
-Design flyers, create ads and disburse to various contact groups
-Send e-blasts and other marketing materials
-Collect in-office rents for Property Manager
-Schedule Broker & Sales Manager showings and listing appointments
-Coordinate and attend showings, setup saved searches for clients
-Prequalify leads as they come into the office
-Data entry and other general admin duties including Excel, Word, Outlook, AppFolio, MLS, Matrix, Transaction Desk and Authentisign

This is an hourly position. Bonus upon retaining Real Estate License. Monday – Friday 9am-5pm. Training available. Must have a cellphone and transportation. Heavy phone and communication skills a must. Must be Bilingual. Typing speed must exceed 40WPM. Positive and solutions-based thinkers.
