Job DescriptionOffice Personnel
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dedicated Office Personnel to join our
team at Water Well Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
administrative support, with exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work
independently with minimal supervision or support.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Admin tools to perform various administrative tasks.
- Set up and maintain an organized and efficient filing system.
- Handle record keeping and bookkeeping duties, including billing and payables.
- Use QuickBooks for various financial transactions and reporting.
- Assist in social media marketing initiatives and market research, if necessary.
- Maintain and update databases and provide IT support when needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Personnel or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Admin tools.
- Experience with QuickBooks is mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain a systematic and up-to-date filing
system.
- Knowledge of social media marketing, market research, database management, and IT skills
are a plus.
