Responsibilities include: Attend to the front desk from 8:30am to 5:00pm daily during weekdays. Answer the phone and answer questions from homeowners, vendors, board members, realtors, and direct calls to the appropriate staff member. Answer emails and forward correspondence to the appropriate staff member. Save correspondence, forms, and written responses to the proper electronic file. Sort and date stamp mail and deliver to appropriate staff member. Write receipts for payments dropped off in the office. Keep the fact sheet for each community updated as changes occur for the gate code, pool hours, etc. Bi-lingual English and Spanish speaking a plus but not required.
