Objective: Helping the agent provide excellent customer service to meet the insurance needs of the agency's clients and to contact new prospects to set sales appointments for the agent.
An ideal candidate would be positive, pleasant, and outgoing
Must have the ability to learn and operate the computer and the ability to organize/prioritize
Must have insurance experience
License + Bilingual a PLUS
Job duties include: greeting clients, preparing sales materials for agents, handling routine office maintenance/ordering supplies, data entry, and updating records
