We are looking to fill 3 new openings for customer service reps
Shifts Available:
8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
or
9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
-Make outbound calls to possible consumers. (no sales calls)
- Maintain consumer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and effective customer service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask
-Bilingual is a plus but not required
$13/hr plus bonuses weekly and monthly
