UnionCraft Stone and Cabinet

Location: 4545 Cameron St Unit D Las Vegas NV 89103

Full-Time Position: Monday – Friday 7:30-4:30

Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative at UnionCraft Stone and Cabinet, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience from the moment they reach out to us. You will process orders, assist with design tools, and maintain customer relationships while offering a friendly and professional point of contact. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process Dispatched Orders: Receive, verify, and process orders dispatched from the team leader via email, text, or phone calls. Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all orders.

- 2020 Design Assistance: Utilize the 2020 Design software to assist customers with custom design plans, layouts, and selections, providing them with design guidance as needed.

- Customer Survey & Relationship Maintenance: Conduct follow-up surveys with current customers to assess satisfaction and gather feedback. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business and customer loyalty.

- Send Promotional Materials: Distribute promotional materials, including special offers, product updates, and newsletters, via email and text to potential and existing customers.

- Direct Customer Inquiries: Direct in-bound customer calls and walk-ins to the appropriate department or team member, ensuring they receive prompt and accurate assistance, order status monitor and update to customer.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree or higher is a plus.

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a wholesale or construction-related field.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Familiarity with 2020 Design software or willingness to learn.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
