PLANT MANAGER:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency and quality.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment.
Develop and maintain technical documentation such as schematics and manuals.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in plant engineering or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of robotics, CNC machines, and industrial automation systems.
Proficient in CAD software such as SolidWorks for designing and modeling.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Experience with root cause analysis techniques for troubleshooting production issues.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional
teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

MAINTENANCE MECHANIC:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities is responsible for various maintenance duties.
These duties will involve diagnosing and repairing various maintenance issues which includes and is
not limited to press operation, machinery repair, and wiring electrical components. Must be able to
work dependently in the operation and processes in maintaining the Company equipment.
Diagnose and repair press operation, which includes basic hydraulic to complex
automated down lines, both electrical, and mechanical work.
Maintain spare part inventory.
Wire electrical components to equipment.
CNC machine knowledge
Troubleshoot PLC’s, electrical schematics, control circuits, and
preventative/predictive maintenance.
Coordinate ordering of supplies with appropriate purchasing manager.
Monitors and maintain machinery, equipment, and grounds in a safe, efficient
manner.
Perform other tasked as directed.
Qualifications

Solid understanding of PLC programming.
Experience in PLC and Robotic systems programming experience or equivalent
combination of education and experience.
Electrical/electrician training or apprenticeship.
Self-motivated, organized, responsible and require minimal direction.
Must be able to apply good judgment and make decisions independently.
Good communication skills.
Availability in emergency situations.
Positive, collaborative, and open-minded attitude.
Able to communicate to Managers and Supervisors.
Associate degree or equivalent 2 years of college or technical school preferred.
5 years of related experience.
