Job Summary
As our Short-Form Video Content Creator & Editor, you will be at the forefront of our social media strategy, producing engaging videos for platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels. LinkedIn and Others. Your content will aim to educate the public, debunk common legal misconceptions, and highlight our firm’s dedication to client advocacy. Working closely with our marketing and legal teams, you will develop high-quality content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand’s messaging.
Key Responsibilities
● Content Development: Conceptualize, script, film, edit, and publish short-form videos that effectively communicate legal concepts in an engaging and easily digestible manner.
● Creative Input: Suggest and implement new content ideas, formats, and strategies to increase engagement, boost brand visibility, and generate leads.
● Trend Integration: Stay up-to-date with current trends, challenges, and platform updates to create relevant content that captivates audiences and boosts engagement.
● Platform-Specific Optimization: Tailor content for maximum impact on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.
● Collaborative Planning: Collaborate with attorneys and marketing teams to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and adherence to legal advertising guidelines.
● Performance Analysis: Monitor content performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies for maximum reach and engagement.
● Community Interaction: Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, fostering trust, credibility, and a positive brand reputation.
● Brand Consistency: Ensure all content reflects the firm's brand identity, values, and adheres to legal advertising guidelines.

Analytics Tools (Performance Tracking & Optimization):
● TikTok Analytics: In-depth insights on video performance, audience demographics, and engagement metrics.
● Instagram Insights: Analytics for Reels, helping to understand reach, interactions, and trends.
● YouTube Studio Analytics: Performance tracking for Shorts, providing detailed metrics on audience retention and engagement.
● Metricool: For scheduling, analyzing performance, and managing cross-platform content.
● Google Analytics: Tracking traffic driven to the website from social platforms.
Qualifications
● Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in creating high-engagement short-form content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. A portfolio or active account showcasing your work is required.
● Creative Storytelling: Ability to translate complex legal information into simple, compelling narratives suitable for a general audience.
● Technical Proficiency: Expertise in using video editing tools listed above or similar.
● Platform Expertise: Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and their respective algorithms and best practices.
● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
● Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
● Educational Background: Degree or coursework in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or a related field (not necessary but preferred).
● Portfolio Presentation: Prepared to discuss and explain how your work was created and the thought process behind each piece. Industry niche experience is not required.
