Job Description: Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure? We're looking for a Tax Resolution Case Manager to join our team. No prior experience in tax resolution is necessary, but a background in the following industries would be a significant advantage: legal, financial, insurance, credit, bankruptcy, loans, collections, accounting, or tax preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a high call volume caseload, ensuring clients receive prompt and professional assistance

Communicate with clients to gather necessary financial and tax information

Liaise with Tax Attorneys, Enrolled Agents, and other tax professionals

Prepare and submit financial statements and other resolution documents

Maintain detailed records on our CRM and stay organized to meet strict deadlines

Handle client inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism

Desired Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Capacity to handle high call volumes and manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Strong interpersonal skills to effectively handle client interactions

Experience using CRMs and/or databases such as Logics, Salesforce, and Clio
