NV Lawyer Seeking Lawyer (prefer NV lic, but will consider Lawyer in Vegas who is lic in another state, or a very experienced knowledgeable Paralegal): Assist with Trust Drafting (Rhodes Ranch, SW Las Vegas area, Summerlin.)
I’m a Nevada licensed lawyer who has no experience with living trusts. I’m looking for, preferably, a Nevada licensed lawyer / attorney who has substantial experience In the drafting of NV Living Trusts and Trust Certificates and is available starting Mon 5/13 afternoon & early eve.)
You need to know more than I do, and have substantial experience where you know this stuff cold off the top of your head.
Out-of-state lawyer: You don’t have to be NV licensed because I am.
Will also consider a very highly experienced paralegal. Who knows this stuff COLD AND has substantial estate work and living trust experience. Again you must know a more than I do. (That is the case with very experienced paralegals that they know the paperwork better than a lawyer from another field).
You must be located in Las Vegas area. Unless you are a current member of the Nevada Bar in good standing, in which case anywhere in the state or out of state is OK.
