This role values teamwork, strong communication, and attention to detail. You'll collaborate with the grow staff and order fulfillment team, analyzing and improving your work as needed, to help deliver exceptional results.

Pay:Starting at $16/hour
Job responsibilities:
- supporting the Grow Team with tasks like defoliating plants, harvesting, cleaning rooms, trimming, and packaging.
- Communicate with teams, document tasks, maintain clean workspaces, and use PPE as required.
- Escalate issues and assist with pest management or plant movement.
- Complete tasks on schedule and perform additional duties as assigned.
Job requirements:
- Conversational English
- Work authorization
- Must lift 50+ lbs and be able to work on your feet up to 8-10 hrs daily besides breaks and lunch

M-F: 8am-4:30pm Dayshift
1pm-9:30pm Swing shift
