Responsibilities
- Oversees/ Manage daily service operations of technicians by scheduling, help the technicians troubleshooting problems, performing quality control of their work etc
- Hire and train future technicians
- Solve problems that customers may have
- In charge of selling new products and parts to customers
- Perform miscellaneous in office duties
Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of swimming pool repair experience (please do not apply if you don't have this)
- Have great customer service skills
- At least two years of experience in management/operations management
- Must be able to sell and comfortably talk on the phone with clients
- Have a positive attitude and work well under pressure
- Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
